Shipping policy
Ariya & Co is an online retailer and does not have a physical retail store. All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy who is a third party service provider. Deliveries only take place from door to door. Kindly ensure that the correct shipping address and contact number is provided from the outset as title and risk passes to you once your order has left our premises.
You will be required to sign for delivery. We recommend that you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm.
We ship locally in South Africa. Shipping costs are R100 per order.
We can only update your shipping address before shipment, so please notify us of any errors or changes as soon as possible. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please make sure that your address is complete and correct with all information.
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the moment your order has been confirmed. We will send out a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Approximate shipping time:
- Main centers: Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape town: 1-3 business days
- Outlying areas: 3-5 business days
Please note that the approximate shipping time is a guide. In certain instance's, there maybe unforeseen delays with the shipment that are beyond our control for example during peak periods.
