Refunds

Refunds are not permitted on orders placed. You will be able to exchange the Jutti's for another size or style. In the event that your required style or size is unavailable, we will provide you with a gift card. Our gift cards are valid for a period of 1 year. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at ariya.juttis@gmail.com or via "Contact” on our site with 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that shipping costs will apply and will be for your account. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at ariya.juttis@gmail.com or via "Contact" on our site within 48 hours. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify. All Jutti's are inspected and subject to quality control prior to being shipped. Please note that each pair of Jutti's is handcrafted, therefore slight variations in colour, embroidery and embellishments could occur.
